The Trinity Discovery Series

Whether you consider yourself to be a disciple of Jesus Christ, or someone who is just interested in learning more about the Christian faith, these enlightening seminars are designed to help you discover some of the most significant foundations of our faith.  They are offered at various times throughout the year, sometimes on Sunday mornings, but also at other times.  Contact our church office if you are interested in attending one.

In just ten weeks we will journey through the entire Christian Bible - from Genesis through Revelation - to understand God's plan for us through all of human history and beyond.  Based on "See Through the Scriptures" from Crossways International, this seminar introduces participants to the major themes of the Bible, and serves as preparation for adults who desire to be baptized into the Christian faith.

What is it that Christians believe and how do we translate what we've learned from the Bible into a living faith?  This ten-week seminar concentrates on the primary elements of our faith including our understanding of God, forgiveness, prayer, Heaven, Holy Baptism and the Lord's Supper.  Utilizing video and other resources, this seminar prepares adults for full participation in the life of our church through their public confession of faith (sometimes referred to as "Confirmation").

"Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them!" (Romans 12:6)  You might not see yourself as being particularly talented or gifted, but God has made each one of us special, with unique skills that are specifically and intentionally designed for serving God and each other.  In this eight week seminar we will study Scripture and use time tested tools to discover what our own God-given gifts and talents are, and how we can use them to their fullest potential.
